ARUGULA PESTO

INGREDIENTS:

2 bunches fresh arugula

. cup grated Parmesan cheese

6 cloves garlic, minced

. cup pine nuts

. cup olive oil or as needed

DIRECTIONS:

Place arugula, cheese, garlic and pine nuts in blender or food

processor and slowly add oil, as it will all come together.

Add kosher salt as needed and oil to desired consistency.
