Vic Smith serves on the Western Growers Board of Directors, an organization to enhance the competitiveness and profitability of our members through providing a lobbying voice in state and federal government, affordable health benefits, PACA support, legal and human resources guidance and more.
Leafy Greens Task Force
Vic Smith joined the Leafy Greens Task Force designed to assess and address issues associated with recent foodborne illness outbreaks attributed to consumption of leafy greens and to prevent such a tragedy from occurring in the future.
UA Endowed Chair on Food Safety
